SBI performed cost engineering services during the due diligence phase. After completion of the acquisition, SBI provided project management and oversight services which included selection and management of project consultants and construction team, coordination with adjacent properties and the City of Chicago on various issues, and coordination and delivery of FF&E and closeout of all contracts.
