At the request of Mayor Bloomberg's office SBI was retained by the 9/11 Memorial to perform budget and schedule risk analysis to support the project team in meeting the 10th anniversary deadline. The Memorial will consist of two massive pools set within the footprints of the Twin Towers with the largest man-made waterfalls in the US, a Visitor Orientation Center and a Museum.
