At the request of our Client in the Middle East, SBI's role began in the early design development stage guiding the team on constructability and LEED building issues. As the design moved forward, SBI assisted the team in estimating and budgeting, finalizing programmatic issues, and implementation of a project schedule and management plan for the execution of the interiors scope of work which included student housing, laboratories, classrooms and administrative offices.
