On behalf of private investors, SBI provided construction project cost and schedule risk analysis for this world-class facility. Our services began in the due diligence phase and extended through project execution and completion. This project was phased in a way that had not been performed previously on other construction projects - beginning occupancy of the hotel floors while there remained 60+ floors to be constructed overhead, all the while ensuring that all life safety systems were operational throughout the construction duration.
