Designed to facilitate collaboration and fuel innovation, the new office building at 919 Third Avenue provide an inspiring, innovative, and dynamic work environment.
The Client retained SBI Consultants to provide project management services for the renovation of several floors of 919 Third Avenue, a 47-story office building and the third of three buildings that constitute the New York Campus for the global business and financial information leader.
SBI’s project management services were performed in multiple phases and included demolition and abatement, design and interior office construction of 6 floors of general office, meeting and event areas and support spaces, interconnecting stairs, the addition of a warming pantry and changing room on the 1st floor, and a medical center on the 2nd floor. Other significant elements of the work included working in occupied spaced and the commissioning of IDF closets.

For this ambitious project, SBI leveraged its significant experience in planning and executing projects of similar complexity and scope. Our engineers are highly familiar with the protocols, procedures and technical requirements for office renovations and FF&E installations in New York City buildings that encompass existing retrofit or new construction.
Beginning with project planning and continuing through design development, bidding, procurement, construction, and closeout, SBI was instrumental in bringing the vision for the new offices to life by acting as the liaison with all the stakeholders and guiding the project through the formidable challenges brought on by supply chain shortages.
Today, the offices at 919 Third Avenue provide an open, inclusive and collaborative work environment that inspires employees at all levels.
