To bring Hudson Ivy to life, SBI Consultants is providing Cove Property Group with essential cost estimating and cost management support. During the design, pre-construction and procurement phases, SBI is collaborating with the project team to guide the budget and design process with the ultimate goal of realizing or improving the project’s underwriting assumptions. Throughout construction, SBI will be providing cost management services that include project management information system, and change management support services to ensure general compliance with the contract. SBI will also provide full project close-out support.
