SBI provided leadership and advisory solutions to Mount Kellett/Fortress for the creation of Liberty Center, a premier mixed-use center in North Cincinnati, Ohio. Spanning across 69.2 acres, this city within a township consists of over 1 million SF of diverse and dynamic retail, dining, entertainment, residential, hotel and office spaces.

Phase 1 of the project, completed in 2015, involved the construction of 100,000 SF of restaurants and dining; 75,000 SF of Class A office; 90,000 SF of cinema and entertainment; 240,000 SF of upscale residential space; a 130-key hotel, and 352,000 SF of multilevel inline specialty retail fronting parks and a series of retail and restaurant pavilions. A green roof over the main retail section connects two parks with engaging family-oriented spaces and restorative settings replete with meadows, water features and public art pieces.

From the pre-construction phase of this ambitious mega project, SBI provided due diligence and project oversight to validate project construction, related costs and timelines. During the construction phase, SBI continued these services along with project oversight that involved frequent site inspections and supervision of the overall construction process.
