Donato Vinciguerra

After two and a half years of cooperation in the sponsor role for one of our projects, Donato comes to SBI with 15 years of professional experience working on highly complex building and related infrastructure projects throughout the United States and South America.
His experience in coordinating FF&E projects and leveraging Trades makes Donato an invaluable resource on projects with luxury finishes and high degrees of interior design coordination.

Construction Management Experience

Prior to joining SBI, Donato worked for Two Roads Development on core, shell and interiors of high-end ultra luxury condos. He was also responsible for the procurement and execution of amenity spaces and common areas, resulting in savings through direct trade contracting and value engineering efforts outside the GC’s scope. He drove completion and turnover of amenity spaces under aggressive timelines to meet move-in schedules for early buyers; coordinated final cleaning, inspections, punch-lists, and closeout of design elements.
Donato was extremely effective at leading Design and Construction coordination meetings to streamline RFI/submittal reviews and expedite resolution of on-site design-related issues through collaborative and proactive management.
He collaborated and coordinated FF&E teams and design consultants to ensure all spaces were ready to receive furniture; successfully expedited full furnishing of the building.
